Dosage: Adults: take 1-2 capsules per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Does not require refrigeration.
Ingredients: Each vegetable capsule contains: Lactobacillus plantarum 4.62 billion CFU, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 3.78 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium bifidum 2.10 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium longum 2.10 billion CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.40 billion CFU . Total: 14 billion CFU minimum to 40 billion CFU at time of manufacture. Ascorbic acid, fatty acids, silicon dioxide, potato starch, vegetable capsule.
Caution: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset, such as diarrhea, occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition such as AIDS or lymphoma, or if you are undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment. This product has come into contact with milk and soy. Do not use if you are allergic to dairy or soy products.
