Directions: Adults and children 6 years and over: Do not swallow. Use after brushing and flossing. Rinse toothpaste from mouth prior to use. Rinse around the mouth twice a day for 30 seconds with 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) and spit out. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use. Use as a part of an oral health program that includes regular flossing and dental check-ups. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing.
