Directions: Adults and children two(2) years of age and older. On first application apply thinly and evenly as people may experience warmth differently. For children 2-12 years old application should be supervised by an adult. Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anticoagulant medications and for use beyond 7 days
