Directions: Adults
and children 12 years and over: Take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours as
needed . Take product at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hours
before traveling. Do not take more than 3 caplets in 24 hours.

release 75 mg), Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium
