Instructions:
- Shape whole ear plug into a ball – do not cut, break apart or elongate the ear plug
- Place ear plug over ear opening and flatten to form airtight seal – do not spread the ear plugs too thin or push into the ear canal
- To remove: press up behind ear and lift edges carefully and discard after use
