Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older:Strip off the protective plastic backing, and place adhesive patch over the affected area. Change patch 1 or 2 times a day. Discard patch after each application. Non-flushable. Do not leave on skin for more than 8 hours. Children under 12 years: use only upon advice of a physician.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Capsaicin 0.002%, Menthol 0.39%

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Disodium EDTA, Gelatin, Glycerin, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Sodium Polyacrylate, Tartaric Acid, Tocopherol Acetate, Water.
 
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. If condition persists for more than 7 days, worsens or recurs, discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use with other external analgesic products. Hypersensitivity, rash and irritation, headache, erythema, redness, and burning discomfort have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.Keep out of reach of children.
