  Directions: <\/b>Adults
  \n and children over 12 years: Take 1 or 2 capsules every 4 hours as
  \nneeded. Take at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hours, before
  traveling. Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.<\/p>\n

  Ingredients:<\/b> Dimenhydrinate 50 mg, Gelatin, Glycerin, Mannitol, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Povidone, Puried Water, Red 33, Sorbitol.<\/p>\n
